“Teach me to do Your will, For You are my God…” ‭‭Psa‬ ‭143:10‬
All our lives it was our own will that led us astray. Our will gets us in trouble. What should now be our desire is to learn and walk in God’s will. May we seek His will in His Word and humbly walk in it. He is our God. His will and way is always best.

“…You seek Jesus of Nazareth, Who was crucified. HE IS RISEN!” Mk‬ ‭16:6 What a glorious day this is! What a message to proclaim! We serve a RISEN Savior! What a price He paid for our salvation. May we seek Him, today and every day. May we pour out our lives for Him, as He did for us. Happy Easter!

“Save Yourself, and come down from the cross!” Mk‬ ‭15:30‬
This was said in derision to Jesus by those who walked by His cross. To them the cross was the sign of ultimate failure. But to us, it is the Victory of God’s great love over all the powers of sin and hell. May we rejoice, that Jesus stayed on that cross and finished the work He came to do!

“And when they had come to the place called Calvary, there they crucified Him…”
Lu 23:33‬ On this day we call Good Friday let us remember the great price that Jesus Christ paid for us. He took our sins upon Him, He endured unspeakable agony, He willingly laid His life down, He made His very soul an offering. He died so that we might live. Oh what love we see in His cross!
May we cherish that old rugged cross!

“Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?” Matt 6:30

We are so very prone to fret and worry!  Jesus challenges us to consider how well God takes care of His creation.  If God is concerned about the grass and plants, how much more will He take care of His very own children!  (O we of little faith)  Let us look to our Father in Heaven with the trust and faith that He so richly deserves.

“But now, O LORD, You are our Father; we are the clay, and You our Potter; And all we are the work of Your hand.” Isa‬ ‭64:8‬
One of things meant by us being clay in the Potter’s hands, is that our lives are to be yielded to Him, so that He can shape us and mold us in His image. And it’s only as we yield that we can become a vessel of honor for His glory.

“Then Queen Esther answered and said, “If I have found favor in your sight, O king, and if it pleases the king…”‭‭Esther 7:3‬.
Esther understood what many today seem to have lost sight of. Which is, that everything we do should be to please our Heavenly King! His favor and His approval are what we should be living every moment for.  Psa 30:5 “In His favor is life!” May God help us to please King Jesus.

“And they that know Thy name will put their trust in Thee: for Thou, LORD, hast not forsaken them that seek Thee.” Psa 9:10.
The better we know our God, the more we will trust Him, because we will discover He is trustworthy.  God never forsakes those who seek and trust Him. May we determine to seek Him with our whole hearts, to know Him better and trust Him more.

“But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.” I Jn‬ ‭1:7‬
If we want the cleansing to continue, then we must continue walking in the light and having daily fellowship with Jesus. It must be an ongoing relationship.

Isa 54:17  No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.

Safety is promised the servants of the Lord.  Why should we be afraid of mere humans when we have the almighty Creator on our side?  The servants of the Lord are promised that ultimately no weapon, no slander or lies will prevail against us.  This is our heritage.  Take courage, continue faithful, trusting God in the midst of opposition.
